hope all works out alright for you.

do those circumstances make you liable for the collision, or is it going to be her fault? in texas the person in the rear is almost always at fault (minus extenuating circumstances...i've beaten this rule twice, personally).

hopefully the frame isn't too messed up, since you weren't going that fast. other than that, it seems that most of the damage is cosmetic (i.e. the radiator and cooling fans are intact, and still operational)

make sure your a/c works after you get the car back... i had a collision about a year ago with the same general area on my lara (drivers-side frontend), and the a/c wasn't working proper when i got it back (it would cool off, then the condenser would switch off and the a/c light would blink). the problem is that the a/c lines are routed in front of the radiator (right in the impact zone), and a lot of those component peices can get damaged in the impact. for me, the pressure switch and the dryer had to be replaced (parts cost $90 total from toyota, labor was less than an hour).

check those peices first if your a/c comes back spotty....most mechanics want to replace the condenser without really troubleshooting the problem first. condensers are way more expensive though. hopefully though, everything will work fine when you get it back.
