Need Helping Deciding

I'm in the market for HID for my fog lights and was wondering what's everyone's opinion on it. I have 6K Mcculloch's for my headlights, so I'm deciding to either go with the Lexus look and get the 3K HID for the fogs, or match my headlights and go with the 6K HID. I prefer to have more light on the ground, so what's everyone's take? Thanks.

Well, if your using the OEM foglights, i would recomend getting a color temperature that matches. Ever since i put the HIDs in my headlights, i don't drive with my foglights on because the color is so different and overpowering. The yellow would overshaddow the blue and it would look off, so i would recommend the 6k just so that you have an even light al around.

How so? I'm assuming that 3000K is good for driving when there is fog, where as 6000K is just good for normal driving?

^^That doesn't make any sense. Are you saying that if you have 6000k headlights, and 3000k foglights, that when both are turned on, and you stand in front of the car, the two independent colors mix, and make your light output look green?

And btw, I would rock the 3000k, since its more functional, but i would highly reccomend putting in some projectors, so the beam pattern is still accurate.

i vote 6k but even though 3k give more light output. if your going for light output stick with the 3k, if you want looks and some light output go for the 6k
