Does anyone know where i could find a tutorial on how to remove the stock springs from a gen 2, and then putting in after market springs. My main concern is how to remove the springs, I know the general idea, but I just want to make sure.

Thanks in advance

The one real item that I think is necessary is the spring compressor.

Slap the compressor on the stock spring, lock it down, unbolt the strut mount, and off it goes.

Then bolt the compressor to the aftermarket spring and reverse the process.

not the safest method, but that does work. make sure that the spring doesn't hit anything on the way out/down, like brake lines or sensors of any sort.

^ funny you should mention that cause I ACCIDENTLY did that when i first tried lowering my car.

Was frustrated that the assembly wouldnt come out...so remember kids...take the whole thing off your car (mount, spring, and strut) before trying to take off the spring/use a spring compressor...
