looking for shop to do clearbra in bay area

like the title says im looking for a shop in the bay area to clear bra my car's front end. there are some nics and scraches from road crap on the freeway so im assuming the workers would touch up the areas that need it before putting on 3m film?

anywhere decent price range not too expensive, but not crappy work

if it helps im in san jose near 280 and san jose city college.

I believe tint shops will install the clear bra for you.. well at least in my area a few shops do.

true they might but im not familiar with the area that well and im just looking to see if any place someone might recommend or have had good experience with their ride

Where you located ?? Just look up tint shops in your area and call and ask them ..also the dealer might do the install as well

I had mine done by a friend who owns a shop in Fremont... they are actually contracted to do cars directly from the Infiniti dealership.

They only do the clear bra/tint though, and do not do any touchup, so you'd be responsible for that.

If you look very carefully, you can see the seam of the clear bra (tip of headlight to wheel well, and across the hood)

hey how much did it run you to do that amount in the front? and what other areas did he do or was it the "entire" front end to the tip of the headlight, and the side mirrors? what about the a piller area and a lil of the roof part b4 the moonroof?

are you willing to change the clear bra every three years? Because thats when they start yellowing, pitting, or fading. Or earlier.

does that happen the only reason im going this route is cause there isn't any car bra available for the gen 2

Hey, just a heads up, I'm still waiting for a response... I don't know if I'm at liberty to say how much I had it done for, since it was pretty much at cost (+ the cost of dinner).

If you're looking for the absolute cheapest solution, this is not it... he used 3M film, which I've heard is top quality stuff (none of that "lasting only three years"... I've read at least 7 years.)

It covered the front portion of the car (bumper hood, pretty much where the line is) and the sideview mirrors. Nothing on the pillar.
