Why do they only come in a pack of 3 for the V6 1MZ, Aren't there 6 plugs on this engine?

Because you only need the wires to run to the front 3. I can't remember for sure but if you search the threads for NGK & Magnecore wires someone discussed this before. You're good to go though.

The rear cylinders have the coil packs on top and don't need wires.
