I know what you mean. If Im lucky I could get 5900 for mine base on what kbb says. And I think kbb is always priced high. So that just sucks cause I can only get a little over 5grand on a car that I take car of a lot. It gets new oil every 3k, water still beeds when it hits the paint, the leather that gets conditioned once a month, and its got two sets of wheels and brand new oem floor mats. Kindof makes me mad 3years ago i paid 11grand for it. And its worth nothing now. Ive been planning on doing what the rest of you have said. Pay it off and buy a new car. Next summer Ill have it paid off and I will be ready for a new car. Ive been eyeing Jeep Wranglers, BMW 3series, and Lexus IS. Well see how many times I change my mind by that time lol.

Yea the Jeep are sure gas drinkers, that grand cherokee you can see its gas needle drop down low after only a 90 mile trip.

Im torn both ways. I like cool cars and I like off road vehicles. Like I said I would keep the solara and that would be the DD. The next car would be my toy. So if I got a Jeep yeah it would guzzle gas, but I would only take it out for offroading trips and nice days I want to go topless! Besides I really want a waverunner and a jeep could pull that with no problem! Those 4.0L jeeps are also as reliable as a toyota too. But I see all cars a money pit to me unless if its something I dont like. Cause whatever I get, Im gonna want to modify cause I got a sickness  That is no control in not spending extra cash on my cars. They are like women, they just take all the attention and money.
