Im tryn to remove the rack to get to the VSV and replace it. But any size i try does not fit, the closest fit is a 3/16ths but it doesnt go over the nut, just the very top of it, the next one up is to big for the nut. Whats the correct size or trick to get this damn thing off?

I don't know the size you need to use but it should be metric. I hope you have a set of metric wrenches because you will need them if your going to work on your Solara.
