Sweet. Got my headlight today from ebay via fedex!

I will use this thread to document and create my how-to on retrofitting some RX330 HID projectors into our headlights. (the other headlight should be arriving shortly) I got a steal on these for only $25 shipped each iirc.

Received it:

final cost should be low. cost of projectors, and then cost of some cheap aluminum pieces to change bracketing.

And then whatever I need to change the cutoff shields, which I won't know till later.

What would you guys think about angel eyes on the projector?

I am starting to think they look to "ricey" or just too cheapo. Not sure. I would love some opinions.

I need to find a "kit" to use.

I found this one I like, very bright. I can hid it behind the rim of the projector, so during the day its not seen.

Important picture.....I need to bend that shield in order to prevent the glare. Which way do I bend it? More inward, or more outward?

Now me just taking photos of me ripping the whole headlight apart to get it ready for paint.
