I just bought a headlight, is it a Gen1 or Gen2?

It looks like a Gen2 headlight at an odd angle, but I just noticed, the listing is for a 2003?

Any thoughts?

Well, it's got a projector, and I don't think that Gen 1/1.5 came with projectors. I could be wrong.

Shape is wrong though...and I don't see any amber.


EDIT: Just looked again. The ring around the projector on the Gen 2 is much thinner.

It's definitely different...very sbutle differences, but different.

2003 was Gen 1.5, so if that's what it is, it definietly won't fit your 2004.

You already bought it?

yeah, but I swear thats a 2004+ model headlight. I think its just an odd angle?

see how the tab sticks out to the right, on the bottom side? Its the same on both pictures. It has to be a Gen2! (I hope)....

At least, thats what I am sticking with, until I see someone post a picture of one that looks more similiar

The angles of the corners look wrong, and if you look at the bottom of each, there is a visual difference, a bit of a pattern on the Ebay one.
