See that is where it doesn't make much sense, as far as the diagram shows, all that wire does is trigger the fog relay, nothing else. It just seems overly complicated for such a simple task.

I agree. What from I understand, this is the area I should be looking for the green wire, pin4, I believe.

I can't stress this enough. MAKE SURE YOU METER BEFORE CUTTING, and make sure you wirethat 10A fuse in there to make it act like factory.

Philosophicaljt: I can understand where you're coming from and I know how you feel; I'm the type that takes jokes personally if you go too far (so there was a time I felt like playing kneecap baseball), but after a few shots of Patron and actually getting myself an FWB/steady snatch (I'm still not in the mood to deal with relationshits and all heartbreak/drivel/bullcrap that comes with the territory) , he's cool once you get used to his off-the-wall sense of humor... Anything that deals with genitals/sexual preferences are just that.

Well, small snag.

I cut the wire, everything still functions normally, absolutely no change.

I am going to get my meter out and get some readings, (which I'll post, and get back to y'all.)

I wonder if you cut the wrong wire. Buy simply cutting that wire, your fog lights should no longer function at all.

I believe my problem is because I am at the wrong source. I believe that green wire at pin 4 is actually just a ground. So by cutting the wire, all i did was make the ECU use a different ground? But it is still controlling it.

Very confusing.

That wire isn't a gruond wire, the long end of it (from pin 3) should be putting out +12V

Post some pictures of what you cut and the harness so i can see what you did.
