I stumbled across this site and They make a very interesting claim about a particular bulb. The one at the very bottom. The IR bulb.

Never seen them before. How many watts are they? I would stick with silverstars for upgraded driving/highbeam lights.

I've seen some DRL's that were WAY too bright, and it looked they had their high beams on.
