Tire Size Question

Tire Size Question

Postby pro956 » Wed Jul 18, 2007 6:35 pm

Hey guys,
I need new tires, bad.
Anyway :)

I saw someone offering free used tires (with about 75% tread) of the sizes:
Four - BF Goodrich LT225/75R16
Four - Bridgestone Turanza 215/55R16
Four - Michelin 215/65R16

Will any of those fit my stock 16" rims. I have an 02 solara.
I believe the stock is 205/60/16.

Thank you!

The 215/55R16 Bridgestone Turanzas will fit. I have run this size tire on my car for 4 years with no problems.

:o you'd have a "monster truck" looking solara with those.

Probably be good in the snow though

Look at the Perelli P400's. You might have to use a slightly different size.
Reasonably priced. Good performance.
