hit up some goodridge SSB brake lines. that is your best bang for the buck. combined with some pads and rotors (aftrmrkt) you will feel a big stopping difference comparing with stock

What he said...

Just make sure you use a flare wrench when you replace your brakeline or else you will be very very sorry.

EBC is making rotors also. They are 150 a set @ Tire Rack. Anyone have any opinions on those? Also, do the brake lines really help, like noticeably? I know what they’re supposed to do, I was just wondering if they alone make the brakes feel better.

SBB lines are def worth it. no brake fad, no sludgy pedal feel. stopping from a fast pace feels good. just dont do it often.

when i step on the brake it feels like i am stepping on a brick.

UP GRADE TO BREMBO BIG BRAKE KIT. you will feel the big difference.

I was upgrade my rotor to brembo cross drilled, but it doesn't make any difference except the looks.

I think I read somewhere that they did, as in past tense, but not anymore. Someone on SC3 I think was talking about another company making a BB kit. Personally I cannot justify the cost of one of these kits, it's not like I going off to track days every week or so. Personally, I usually am just looking for better than OEM. I guess alot of people are that way. That is probably why BB kits didn't hit it big on our platform.

Many people can't afford 1.8k for the big brake kit.

Rotors alone won't do much. You need new pads + SS brakelines for stock caliper.

i got the EBC slotted and dimpled front rotors and the EBC Greenstuff brake pads a few months ago. besides looking a Whole lot better than stock, i get better brake response and most likely better stopping distances. the most significant adavatage over stock is that if you race on the highway at high speeds, you get MUCH less brake fade with these rotors and pads. also less dirty brake dust from the pads.
