Damm already that was quick style. The car is looking good but i think ur fender gap should be closed up a bit more. hahah. but good job with it.

I kinda like the rear center thing black too cause it will contrast and all but it looks alight.

heck there is what now 6 or 7 at least in that color and combo (minus your wheels which i give kudos)

what else would I put on it? All of the other kits look like schlock-schlock-schlock... you cant go wrong with the TRD kit. Im not about to spend thousands of dollars on a custom kit when i like the look of the TRD one... Plus, Ill probably never see another modded solara up here... so its still super unique, just not for the solara scene...

thanks for the compliments!

Damon

immitation is the greatest form of flattery.. however its almost like comming into a car lot and just pickin your color thats how many cars here look a like, its ridiculous. geeze you expect everyone to compliment u.. take the good with the bad, same way everyone else does

its just boring to see so few going for different looks and approaches..

Looks good. The color looks a bit mismatched on the rear, but alot of gen 1 Solaras and Camrys I see have a slightly different color on the rear bumper.

Trust me, i know how to take criticism- I modified a 94 Camry sedan for 4 years. I do not expect everyone to compliment me- I appreciate your opinion. The only thing I was trying to get across to you is a question- what else would you do for a lip kit on this car?

Ebay kits would cost twice or three times as much as this all said and done, and in the end you still have an ugly fiberglass POS. I chose the kaminari kit because its poly, the quality is there, its clean, and it looks tight as hell. Im going to modify my car to my tastes and my standards, I could care less what everyone else is doing- because in the end, its my hard earned thousands of dollars that make the car mine and I want it to look how I want it to...

I appreciate your opinion and everyone welcoming me to the solara community. I know Im new but Ive done my fair share of research- I know everyone has the TRD kit, but thats because it looks sick! Ill most likely never see another solara in the state with one, so although Im not unique in the solara world just yet, modding a solara in general is pretty unique 8)
