New to Solaraguy

Hi everyone my name is Yevhen im about to turn 16 in a couple weeks. My parents will be giving me their 2000 V6 sle A/T. the car is stock but i plan on modding it but im not going to rush because i have time. the car has 108,000 miles on it no major problems yet, just had to replace a starter so far. a tune up wasnt done yet i have a couple questions
i have searched and i couldnt understand which sparkplugs to use. all i know is not to use bosch.
also do i need to replace the spurk plug wires if so the are NGK's good?
what else needs to be done for a tune up
last question. two days ago the drivers side window fell inside the door I took the door panel out and saw that the cable that pulls the window up and down snaped. Do i need to buy a new "pulley" system or just a cable. Do i need to call a dealer for this or can i buy it somewhere else.

! Any decent spark plug (you're right, except Bosch) would work good as long as it's twin electrode, but that can be exempt when you use iridium spark plugs. As for the window issue, it is your regulator; I heard it's a b!tch to replace.
