for some reason my right headlight beam is off and im trying to adjust it, my left one is adjust to beam as far down as possible. my right one WAS but i cant seem to get it to adjust like my left. any suggestions?

i did take the bulb out and put it back in and see if that helped in any way..but i didnt..

Aren't headlights designed to be adjusted differently?

i.e., so that the driver's side won't allow you to adust to be as high as the passenger's side? (so you don't blind traffic in the other direction...)

There is a opening through the engine bay where you can get to aim the lights what you are looking for is a Gear wheel (Looks like the pic), you stick a phillips screw driver in there and turn it clockwise for up, counter clockwise for down.....

Maybe if it stuck, it's because you reach the max or min height...doesn't it ?

i did it during the day and night. not much of a difference. ill try and figure it out tomorrow
