Florida SG meet (on January 13, 2007)

ahhh man wish i could make it...

but the semester is just gettin started... im broke as hell.. and im in the process of moving..
not to mention my car is still all busted up and im too embarrassed to bring it out...

have fun guys.. maybe ill be able to come out in future meets...

and btw any gator fans?? ready for the game on monday??

I was actually thinking about keeping it. If you're serious about buying it I'll bring it up. If not I was thinking about throwing it back on with the nitrous and a new clutch.

Also guys, I'm stuck now. I wanted to bring the Supra for you all, but it now has a small leak from the water pump. It's honestly totally driveable, but I'm not so sure about long road trips. I may have to show up in my dirty and broke as ass Solara. Honestly I feel more like it would be a disgrace than anything. TRD kit - gone, tinted tails - gone, clear corners - gone, CPE intake - not on the car, nitrous - not on the car. I would throw the nitrous and CPE back on just to save face with a decent car, but my clutch is so gone that it would just be silly to do, I'm sure it would be the coffin nail on the clutch to try and give rides out.

I'm flippin pissed now about this. I'm going to be going to orlando cause I already told a couple people I'll make it up there to chill, so I'll still come out, but I feel I'm just cursed. The first time we tried this I wrfecked my car and didn't have my new solara until after we had the meet, the second time for HIN I was in the process of buying my Supra and that complicated things, and now the Supra which is cleaned up and riding nice develops a leak from the water pump a week before this meet. I feel like I'm just bad luck. I'll still come thru though and try to clean the Solara up at least a little, banged up bumpers and all.

Don't worry about it, it's all about the turn out and chilling. Plus you'll get a chance to meet Clockwork on need2speed.com too. If it makes you feel better, my CPE isn't in so I couldn't relocate the wires to the battery so I couldn't take it to Blak to get my stereo installed. On top of not ordering my blacked out headlights yet so mine look like arse.

do u mean u havent put ur CPE in yet? as in youve already received it? or it hasnt come in yet?

lol, no I haven't received it yet. I'm still waiting like everyone else in the group buy. But I wanted to redo my wires and install a system before the meet but can't because the big air box is in the way.

Wow 8 hours? I'm not sure about that. Maybe for a HIN meet but since there's going to be 5 of us just hanging out playing Nintendo I don't know.

8 hours? It only takes about 3 hours each way if you take Turnpike and/or the 95. The Fun Spot isn't that far from the 95 in Orlando.
