Damn, I've been caught. My goal with this thread was to receive praise and consequently, boost my ego via anonymous compliments on an internet forum. It just feels so good!

Anyway, adios. It will be nice to drive a vehicle that actually shifts as it should.

At least you admit it...

Hey Nice switch up... I really like the FX. I thought about getting one at one point in time. Really nice car.

Don't worry about what others say about your new ride. If you like it thats what matters. When posting something in a forum you know that there is going to be a handful that doesn't like it and will post there subjective opinion and thats how we should take it.

Keep us updated on the Mods you will be doing to it. I am sure there is allot of stuff you can do to the car. VIP style.

Yeah they look sweet but it's a glorified Murano... I've driven the FX35 and Murano and they pretty much are the same, but the thing I like about them is the exhaust note (more so on the FX) and powerful V6. The FX35 is faaast.

The Murano and FX have almost nothing in common beyond using the same base engine and both being designed by Nissan. Different platforms, drivetrains, and dynamics.
Moved on to better things...

Nice looking vehicle although I understand some of The Infiniti Line suffers from pronounced quality control issues. Here’s to hoping your SUV isn’t one of the ones affected.

I think it's not good to give an advice after the choice is made. But here in our country there are bad rumors on quality of these FX too.
Nevertheless the car is so nice I would love it despite its deficiencies. Our Solaras have its shift lag, but it is the best car for me nevertheless.
But.. I will never shift it for FX:)
