I am looking for a new or used (but good condition) black pearl Toyota emblem for the front grill of a 1999-2001. The dealer will most likely charge me an arm and a leg. With all the new Renova grills out there hopefully someone got an extra emblem. Thanks.

I am not sure if they will fit and i dont want to but a whole kit for one piece. The 4Runner one actually might be good. Anyone know if they are the same size?

My 1999 Camry came with BPE and I'm sure the Camry and Solara T in front are the same size. Some people have also had luck painting it themselves. Jon.

I currently have a gold package which i debadged. I could physically check to see if it is the same as the camry later on tonight.

The one on the grill does have two clips (top and bottom) but i can always glue/tape a rear emblem on the front.

I'd rather not use the rear one up front...its more thick. Does it have to be black pearl? I'd just sand, prime and paint it myself. GL regardless.

For some strange reason i didnt even think about painting the emblem. I painted my grill back in the summer.

The flash ruins the pic, you can see right into the grill.

while i worked at mossy toyota this summer i tried to get my hands on some black pearl emblems. they are discontinued and no longer made for our cars. i had to get the last black pearl emblem from a 4runner and put it on.

The BPE and Gold emblems were thrown out in 2005. If you find any stock in dealers, it's usually stuff they cannot move unless something like this comes up. Check if in/scheduled to be in the obsolescence return and see if they'll cost it out for you. You'd have to buy the whole set though UNLESS they had the individual pieces available.

The Solara T emblem up front is for the Solara only... you may want to take off the stocker and have it black chromed (~$40-$80)
