No kidding. Coming up w/ a down payment on any place that I'd care to live here in SoCal? LOL!!

When I have the Xtra $$ again, I'll consider buying some rental property locally - but sure as well wouldn't wanna live in any place here that I could actually afford to own! :o

After the Ch 7 - and two years later, a divorce, I'm pretty much cleaned-out every month... but this is the LAST MONTH I'm coughing up support payments at least - YEA!!!

And FWIW - the best interest rate I was getting ANYWHERE with the FICO score I was packing would have been 16% on up... nuh-uh. :-?
