I KNEW there was just something wrong with the way they stuck the new nose on the 07 Solara... it was evident to me when a new Camry was recently posted online (sorry for stealing your pic!)

Look at the angle of the lines on the 07 Camry - where they come off the hood and on to the nose:

NOW - look at the job they did on the 07 Solara:

You've got lines going all directions... no flow - just chaos.

What were they thinking?

I agree about the chaotic lines.

Here is a recent pic I took of a Camry and a Gen 2 Solara. I definitely like the lines better on the Gen 2 (compared to the Gen 2.5).

^^^ yours doesn't have the yellow parking pass on the rear view.

I'm still repulsed with that Toyota Logo bump on the nose. They're putting it on a lot of models too. Wonder if I'll ever get used to it. So fugly. Guess they wanted to make it harder for guys to remove it.

I use to be repulsed with the big butt on the Gen 2 and how the Toyota logo sat on a bump on the trunk. I eventually got used to it.

I like the big butt (and I cannot lie) on the Gen 2 but hate the big sombrero logo. That's coming off and shaved-down when I can afford to swap deck lids and upgrade to the 07 spoiler.

It seems as if Yota is trying to out-do VW with the big ass logo on the nose of their rides anymore. :roll:

I am still trying to find a sport in V6... found a few I4's and a few convertible SLE's but no sport V6 yet...

I want the LED tails FOSHO!!!

I dont like what the front looks like where they changed the fogs.... looks like the fogs on the mazda's... the new Bugs.. and hate to say it .. the fogs on the new hyundai's

Test drove an 07 Camry today...WOW there's TONS of leg room in that car!! Rides really nice and LOVIN' the bluetooth!!!!

imo, the 2007 camry looks better than the solara...and that rally looking front end.....reminds me of the the aftermarket front clip for the 04's....

plus i'm pretty sure i read the camry V6 is like 282hp....anyone test drive that guy?
