i'm not sure if you're having the same problem as me..but every now and then my driver's door won't shut. it's annoying. it's done it two or three times.

the first time it literally wouldn't shut. i ran into cvs to pick up a pescription and 5mins later i couldn't shut the door after i went back out in the pklt..i was so convinced someone had hit me, but there were no marks. it was so bad, i thought i was going to have to tow the car. after 5mins of feeling like an idiot examining the door jam, i eventually got it shut by slamming it REALLY hard a couple of times.

it's only done it once or twice since then, but nothing as bad. if i slam it hard from the inside w/ two hands and all my body weight leaning towards the passenger door it shuts no prob

isn't it the other way around (warmer weather expanding the rubber)?? my driver's door had that problem too, only happened when it was hot out. i had them adjust the height of the drivers window by like 2cm. hasn't happened since.

Yup, that is one of Solara defect.

What you can do is:

Lower your window a bit,
close the door (should be easy now),
and roll up the window.

problem solved. :D
