out of curiosity about solara upgrades

out of curiosity, does toyota sell Solaras in any other countries, if they do sell 'em somewhere else, do you guys think they have aftermarket parts for it??? All I know 'bout Solara is that it's american made.....

Solara's are North America only (factory is in Ontario, Canada but i think its moving to Kentucky). unless you're like RussianGuy and have it shipped to Moscow!!

Because the Solara is Camry based and really the Solara is a Camry hence the name, Camry Solara, there isn't much parts for the Camry platform. Like Davpak said, the Solara is only for the North American market Canada and USA. The Solara is now made in Cambridge Ontario Canada but will be built in Georgetown Kentucky soon.

My friends think that I spend to much money for all these upgrades like custom leather, performance parts and etc.

BUT :smilecolros:

I received my car today with custom leather interior :lol:

:P Together with my friend we did small photosession and made 2 videos where I kicked his Civic Coupe 1,6 (160hp+AEM CAI+M/T) :popcorn:

I'll try to copy photos and videos to my HDD as soon as possible and post it on the forum :wink:

Like everyone here stated, toyota sells only to its 'north american consumers'...however, nothing stops people from exporting to other countries (like russianguy). ALSO, I have seen ONE solara in Dubai (UAE) as well...so i'm thinking there are more out there..
