RIPP Modifications has completed the Super charger for the 5s-fe. I can not wait till they start full on production. Time to break open the piggy bank.

It's the i4 used on the gen 1 solara (99-01)
the 02-03 uses a new one, the 2AZ-FE
1GR-FE ftw!

MonkieX, do you know what power figures were lookin at? Ive emailed them asking how much hp they can cram into our engines but havent gotten a response :|

Im not sure if they've released final numbers but they were looking VERY impressive. They did an eclipse SC and had 100% gain. Should be around 75hp at the crank

i've heard anywhere from 75-100 hp. we are probably looking at the lower end of the spectrum to be more realistic. check out the pic:

Just by looking at the picture, you can tell that Rippmods supercharger is of the centifical (centifugal?) design. Expect to pay big dollars for it. The roots type which is used on the V6 tends to be a bit cheaper.

i think they are charging around $3000. GIve or take 500 bucks (mostlikely give) I'm gonna try to head up to staten island some time this month. Check out the place... hopefully see the sds in person. whoknow maybe they would let me test drive it... hahaha
