Freakin' Squeak

I've got 18" Chrome wheels, Tokico struts, Eibach springs and new front and rear brakes (including parking brake drum pads or whatever). So why do I have this darn squeak that doesn't go away. Everything appears to be well oiled. Does anyone else have this problem..? As soon as I increase to the legal speed limit the darn squeak starts and you can hear it louder in small streets where it seems to echo more because of the closeness. Please help. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

guest, I think your wheels are too small, you should upgrade to 20"

for real, it's obvious you have a calipar pin or something loose rubbing up against the wheel. determine what wheel it is and take it in. it can't be any easier than that.

oh yea, check for stuck pebbles too. they can make a lot of noise.

If your timing belt is squealing, that means that it is slipping. Slipping = serious timing problems.

Since you just had the brakes done, chances are that when the brake pads were replaced, the pads weren't treated with "disc brake quiet" which is a silicon type compound used on the contact surfaces between the pad and the caliper, used to stop the squealing which is common with disc brakes. A teflon type pad may be used for the same purpose, depending on the type of brake pads that were purchased. Or, it may just be that the pads haven't had time to "seat" yet.

Sorry, but timing belts don't squeal. LOL. Timing belts just break and that's the end of it. Now on the other hand, the power steering and a/c belt do squeal.
