Sun Vison Safety Labels Removal ?

Postby Gunga » Fri Jun 30, 2006 6:07 am

Has anyone tried to remove the yellow safety labels fron the sun visors ?

If so, was there any damage, or remaining marks left ?

I hate that too. When you put the visor down you see that crap from the front window. I think if you use your visors often, the sun would have taken a toll on the meterial thus causing fade in the cloth. So I would think there would be a color difference. Tough choice, color difference or big dumb warning label.

Haven't done it yet (lazy) but TN had someone that had success with a heat gun and tweezers. Comes off in strips and leaves a bit of a mark so that you could tell something was there.
