i am wondering what is transmission oil change interval for a 04 v6? i took out the dipstick and saw it had warning that do not replace under normal drive condition. so is it mainteance free tranny?

In my 06, it is written on the dipstick about no need to change the fluid under normal driving condition. But to be safe, I will replace it every 30K miles.
