all in all i think it comes down to personal preference.
if you dont mind spending a little over $1000 you can also get tein coilovers which you can adjust to your liking. though, that may be going overboard.

i knew i wanted tokicos from the beginning.
it's just the decision between eibachs and teins. :/
and i dont like coils for some reason, so no on them coils.

okay guys... so i think ive finally made my decsion.... teins/tokico it is!!

nowww.... i gotta save up money! hah!

PS... sorry for all the damn posts... probably half of them are mine! :D

LOL.. yes i know what you mean. thats why i put at :) after "why you mad??!"

i just had a convo with a friend off the fit forums saying that lots of guys from there are pervs too. but the way i think about it, it comes with the territory, if you know what i mean.
this is a guy based world, cars. and its very few girls that even know how to change their own tires and oil. i think im very fortunate to know the basics about car... also considering the fact that im very independent doesnt make things easier.

Now that you've made your decision, do you know where you're going to install it? Just be careful, you'll see a big jump in pricing...What sucks is that with the Solara, to get to the rear struts/springs, you'll have to take out the paneling, seat belts, rear seats, and the speaker shelf. I'd recommend doing this before you take it somewhere. It'll save alot of time.

ummmm.... my bro said that he can do it for me... but i dont think he or i knew about removing all that shetttttt..... i'll ask him about it. im sure he'll be able to do it.... i just dont know if he will. that also kinda sucks b/c i was planning on saving lots of money having him do the install.

I know what you mean. Any work on the rear suspension or rear speakers is a pain. Replaced my buddy's 6x9s in his accord in a matter of minutes. Same task on the Solara took forever because I had to gut half the car's interior to remove them.

Anyway, welcome to the forum, I think you will be happy with the tein/tokico combo - I know I am. Just make sure your bro cuts two rings off the bumpstops in the front. You can do it in the back too but not as neccessary. Grease the hell out of the strut mounts too, I developed a creaking noise upon turning the steering wheel because the bearings were too dry. Removed the struts, applied more grease and the noise stopped.

Wow already 4 pages.
Yeah TEIN springs and TOKICO struts are the best setup if you're on a budget.
Yeah like someone said on here, most guys on here are single.
Then there are some guys who are pervos.
True to what he said about you, that you're hot. :D
