Ticking noise from the rear suspension
Hi everyone!
I've had my 2006 Solara SE (4-cyl.) for about 5 months now and I've enjoyed a trouble-free service so far.
Couple of days ago I've started hearing a ticking noise coming from the area of the right rear A-pillar which can be heard when the car is moving.
I initially thought that the problem is in the plastic trim and after several trial-and-error attempts to locate it, I've concluded that the noise is originating somewhere else, because it is actually slightly louder when I take the rear seat down and open the passage to the trunk.
Today I checked out the service bulletins and found one describing my issue, but for the Sienna - and not the rear but front suspension. Here is the URL: http://www.alldata.com/tsb/Toyota/11347 ... 05/41.html
Has anyone else had this problem? Should I take it to a dealer? Any thought and suggestions are welcome.
Thanks!
