:D sooOooO... i got this PM to introduce myself... lol.

22 yrs old.
residing in riverside/fontana.
owner of an i4 '01 5speed, SSO
i've currently owned him (i gave him a sexual orientation and a name, sebastian :D ) for a little over 3 years now, and am finally deciding on moding it some, nothing special, just a face lift. :)

i've decided to go with tiens/tokicos, only b/c i hear that the eibach's give you a all around uniform drop and i dont know if that looks good or not, if you have a pic with eibach's that would be great.
im also looking into OEM wheels, either toyota anythings, as long as they look good, or scion tc's. does anyone know the lug pattern on the tc's? are they 5 x 100 or 5 x 114??

*it scares me how much i know about cars... *

i am currently in college, majoring in graphic design.
i have about a year left... hopefully

okay well this seems long enough.

hope everyone has a great weekend

LMAO

The way I see it, you can give your car any sex you want. Currently my car has no name, and no sexual orientation. To be honest, with the minor mods I have done to it, it would be hard to name it a female name, because the attitude isnt becoming of a lady.

As for wheels.... TC's are 5x100, so no fit. I have a set of stock 16's off a 99 SLE, but my cousin might rip them off my hands... lol, Ill keep you posted.

I have seen the eibach/tokico setup, and it looks real nice. I personally have Tein SS coilovers... couldnt be happier!

LOL.. yes. thank you :)
and i think its quite weird for a guy to drive a guy car, which is why most guys name give their cars girls name, and vice versa. :)

and yes... i am a dudette. thank you for setting that straight. ;)

OOh.. how do u like the coils?? i hated them on my EK. but i dunno maybe b/c it was civic. the only reason i was looking at the tiens other then the eibachs was b/c i heard the eibachs have an all around drop, where as the tiens have it lower in the front then the back.. i need pictures people!! im a visual person! ;)

hhahaha welcome!

if youre looking into OEM wheels, then maybe the Lexus IS rims might be of your nature. Keep in mind that you will need wheel spacers in the rear due to the RWD offset in the IS.

some tein springs have a downfall as much as the eibachs... there are a few members here that say their drop is uneven with the teins... you should be fine with either set up if you are just looking for a "face lift" lol

good luck to sebastian

Ummmm

You dont need spacers with IS rims... my car is proof positive.

5mm offset spacers would be nice, but not necessary.... no rubbing at all people!

For those who know me, Im a perfectionist, if it doesnt work well, I dont use it til it does.

LMAO

its not how you ride it....

more like, what the ride represents....

My last car's name was Junior, because it literally had my attitude... cool, calm, and collective in public, but get him wound up, and he would rip thru gears like a maniac pushing buttons at a nuclear plant...

he he he

Hey, welcome to the site! It's good to have another woman around; this site mostly consists of adolescent males with prepubescent maturity levels... :-P Anyhow, if ya have any questions ask away, there are plenty of people who know what they're talking about, so you'll always get an answer!

Take care, and enjoy the site!
