TRD!=Eibach

TRD!=Eibach

Well, I just got my Eibach pro kit and they look just like Peter's from another post. The box part number is correct, but the part numbers on the bigger springs (less coils) is 8249 and the part numbers on the smaller springs (more coils) is 8258. I asked about this and the guy told me that this is how Eibach packs the springs for the Solara now. So I guess that Eibach does NOT equal TRD any longer. If I'm wrong on this one, someone please correct me! :D

I'm guessing the ones with more coils are the Gen4 ones and the ones with less coils are Solara ones.

I believe the Eibach front springs for both Gen4 and Solara are the same, only the rear springs are different.

Here are the Gen4 rear springs, OEM on left, TRD on right.

Here are the Solara rear springs, OEM on top, TRD on bottom.

The Gen4 compresses from the bottom, whereas the Solara compresses from the top.
