yes... another WHEEL question!!!

yes... another WHEEL question!!!

Would these fit on our cars? These are Lexus RX330 wheels. They're 18".

I love the look. It's very similar to what my wheels already are, except CHROME and 18"!!

I would like to swap the center caps with Toyota ones, though.

Does anyone know if this would be an easy and cheap swap for wheels?

The Lexus RX300 and RX330 use a 5x114.3 mm bolt pattern like the Solara but less of an offset (only about +20 mm I believe). So these wheels would probably not work on a Solara.

D'oh! I was really hoping they would work!

I like the factory look, but the 18" and chrome were what I really liked about them!

... also, I could get some used far cheaper than buying new wheels.

Oh well... back to the 'ol drawing board.

Do you know what the offset is on the Solara? I found another seller on ebay that is selling replicas and they say the weels fit both the RX330 and 2005 Solara.

Here's his link.

This doesn't sound right that these wheels can properly fit all these apps.
FYI - the stock Gen 2 Solara rims are 17" x 7" (with a 5 x 114.3 mm bolt pattern) and a +50 mm offset.

Do you know of a resource where I may be able to find the spec's on the Lexus RX330 wheels? I can't seem to find that information after an extensive internet search.

I remember looking for the information on Lexus wheels for same reason. I believe what I found was that the offset on the Lexus is about +35 and hub and backspacing were questinable.

Another thing I've found out about is "hubcentric". Needed to purchase hubcentric rings for my aftermarket wheels to insure good fit and eliminate vibration potential. Backspacing on the wheel and hub diameter are all important dimensions to check out.
