When you find out, please let us know what caused it. Hopefully it's something we can avoid :-)

Well I talk to Chris from World OF Toyota In Atlanta and he said that they sent it to a shop so the convertible top can be cut? Because it was not flushed aganist the car.

Could be a manufacture problem.

But he told me the solara's are the top convertibles out there and if there was any problems which is rare would be this.

*shrugs*

Sounds a bit odd. I was told that Toyota dealer service can do only two things for our top. The one TSB for the straps and replace it altogether. Sending it to a shop should not be a repair option under warranty. Any dealer types wanna chime in on this one?

My top goes up and down on command.

QtPiie's avatar makes it go up, as you noticed. ;)
