I know this is a dumb question, but what's the size in inches of the pulley that makes 5.5 lbs?

Sampled Boost Levels Please Note:
Measurable PSI is dependant on several factors including but not limited to; temperature, barometric pressure (including humidity and altitude) and flow characteristic modifications such as a 'cold air intake', exhaust (headers, high flow cat, cat-back exhaust etc), cam (springs, push rods, rockers etc)

Many other manufacturers and retailers will market their pulleys by whatever generic boost level or horsepower gain, but the Pulley Boys prefer to list pulleys by actual size and give sample data where possible that is reported by actual customers. All pulley sizes listed are as measured over the ribs where the belt contacts.

Pulley Boys do not warrantee any claims as to performance of any given pulley including typographical errors or damage caused by over-boost conditions. Care must be taken when knock retard or ping (detonation) occurs.

If you would like to contribute information to this database, please email the pulymkr.

It is somewhat known that many of our stock pulley have 3.4" engraved on them, I think it is believed that this was a mistake and it should really read 3.2".

I wanted to add that my stock pulley says 3.4 on it, and i held it against my buddies 3.4 pulley he was about to put on his GTP, and it was indeed exactly the same size...i was freaking out when my boost gauge only read 2.5-3 psi, trd changed to a 3.2 inch pulley without changing the advertised boost. 3 psi sucks and made me wish i hadnt bought the charger at all. TRD is weird
