hello. I just acquired a slightly used (35000Km) '00 solara. Black, V6 , 5sp, charcoal leather, sunroof, SE. I like the car alot. Not sure what to do with it just yet, but previous experience says that i won't leave it stock for too long. I know the first thing to get done will be some dark tint. After that i guess only time will tell. :D

Hey, welcome. I've got the same car, black V6 5spd charcoal leather, only it's a 99 with considerably more miles. What did you pay if you don't mind me asking? As far as I can rememmber you're the only other person on this board with a black/charcoal leather 5spd V6 that has the other premium package stuff like sunroof and I assume keyless entry, premium 16" alloys, full size spare etc. as well.

You'll love the car, I'm in love with mine. And it's no slouch for what it is either.

warmest reception EVER to a web site. Thankyou all. I will try later to get some pics up, (after reading tutorial) Have had the car for a couple of days now and love it more & more every day. SO smooth. although i must admit, it has been a while since i drove stick and it shows :oops:

I dont know how much aftermarket you can find. Especially since supercharger is not in production anymore.

I would recomend break upgrade to be on the top of the list, but you car has only 35K km.
