Very nice! A pioneer for the 2az Solaras. Yep I said it. Pioneer.

I've been following ZPIs work for a long time and have thought about buying the turbo kit for my fiance's tC but we'd rather use that money towards our wedding.

You're in good hands with ZPI for I've heard some horror stories about scionspeed and their work on the tC turbo. I wish you good luck with the project and I'm sure you'll be happy being "blown" as much as I do. hehe.

Keep doing what you're doing for the 2az's.

Do your thing and lead the way Scott..
Don't worry about the negative comments you might get now, cause I know for sure everyone will be on your solara's nuts once this thing is done

I might even be able to get insurance to buy me a ZPI stage 0 with emanage upgrade. Of course they (insurance) wont know they are buying me a turbo kit but I'm sure they'd be ok with the idea. :)

Looks great! something ver ycool and different. One thing i dont understand is the stages on turbo's, thats a stage 0, bare minimun, but whats after that?

also, what size injectors will you be running?

stages mean nothing anymore. It used to be that a stage 0 had no management or intercooler. Stage 1 had management and intercooler. Stage 2 was bigger turbo and everything else for high hp (required built block). Now they are just catchy names

hey man, great looking setup. I don't know alot about the design of a turbo so yours look grat to me. Hell you turboed, thats greatness in itself.

Like someone else said, I thought you were s/ced? oh well, this is good enough.

Will you be powdering coating it like in that out kit in the above posts? It'll look great!

Keep us updated.

My own two cents... I think the kit looks good. Bought a new piggy bank last week so I could save up for one. Let us know when you get some dynoed numbers. I'd also like to see some pics when you get an IC.

Were not hating. You also have to take into consideration that the way exhaust is exited from the motor makes a difference in power. When you see something that isnt normal, thats a vital clue that something could be off or he is pushing enough power that it will overcome the exhaust flow pattern. Allot of car headers if you notice arnt too different in lenth. that is done so to help pull the wasted exhaust out evenly causeing unwanted uneven flow.

I like the car. Maybe reason why people are unfimiliar with your header is because th way its welded together and where it sits. Im not hating either but Ive heard stories where you want your header to be same lenth exiting. I need to find the old post on it.

Then maybe people should specify that it doesnt look normal and that may cause some conflicts, but instead they seem to be criticizing its looks.

Man I have been away from this forum for quite some time and I come back to find DatSRboi with 2700+ posts!!!!!! I say 85% of that ish is BS usless ish. Sorry to get off topic.

Back on topic.
I think this is much better then any other 2az out there runing stock trying to pull some more power in their 4 banger. I don't think anyone cares to read when you said, STAGE ZERO!. Stock force fed motors come with even worse configurations for a turbo manifold. Check out my 4e manifold with external gate. Good Job and keep up the good work. I am stoaked to see what this project of yours can turn into.
