I have had my EBC's for over 20,000 miles on my Brembo cross drilled slotted rotors. No warpage. After I put my SC in my stock rotors/metal master pads were warped in 4 months. Got new rotors they lasted 4 months with the MM pads. Turned OEM rotors kept MM pads they warped in 6 months.
I dont drive any slower, so I just must be lucky.

I do get some shimmy from my EBC/Brembo Slotted Rotors, but nothing out of the ordinary (for slotted rotors)

my brembo rotors are not slotted or drilled so im 100% the EBC pads will last considerably longer than those of you w. slotted/andor/drilled

considering this thread revived. If you're debating to do a rear brake conversion and considering the car never had the ABS option, can these steel brake lines still be used?

TheTamago has an I4 with rear drums and planning to do a rear brake disc conversion.... but still would not have ABS
So without ABS, would the lines still be okay to use

I think thats what he tried to say

ABS and the type of line to use in the rear are independant systems.

I've done a rear disc swap on my Corolla and i used hubs from an ABS equipped Matrix XRS and i know for sure on that car that the lines were not intermingled in any way. Also, my Camry Gen3 i used to have had ABS and there were two different lines for each part. Just make sure you get the lines for the rear because drums use a different type of line than discs just because it is a different system, nothing to do with the ABS.
