maybe your aim is a little off?

try to get a haynes manual, and see how the light is supposed to be aligned, from that, make the pattern they tell u to on a wall, turn on the lights, and look for the adjustment screws... and have at it.

make sure you stay within the tolerances for the stock lighting alignment

Pull your car up close to a wall (between 2 and 4 feet away)

which side do your lights look like in the pic below?

If it looks like the right, you got focus issues.

So you are saying the output is just really dim?

Whats the ambient lighting like? Since they are a white light, they get washed out easily, especially by daylight.

I need to see your pics. You need to use a image hosting services like: http://www.imageshack.us/

^^^ upload to a server like cardomain.com, then copy the link to the image, and post it with the little "img" button before and after the link.

and yes, we understand, you don't think there's enough light in front... now, is this directly in front (which can be solved with the fogs) or is this further out in front? is there a point at which light output is good? (if so, it's aiming issues)

Um... from what I see, it's not a problem... the light from the headlights spread out as you go further from the car... you're looking at the pattern before it has a chance to do that. back the car away to about tento fifteen feet and see how it looks like then... better yet, take a ride on a dark road and then see if you feel the same way about the light output...

your fogs will take care of the area that is directly in front of the car...

As for your light going off... check the connections, and make sure that nothing is loose. In the year that I've had my HID's, I've only had it go off on me once, and that was because I was fudging around with it.

humm wut you mean check connection? i mean the kit is pretty much plug and play and if it light up than the wires are correctly wired right?? this is very strange ..

could be that it's a loose connection, which would explain why the light would go out when you're moving.
