I'm in no rush, its better to wait and have a quality product then to rush and have a crappy product.

ok so this is the final sample, the center lower part is like 2mm short but they decided they will not bother with it since you can hardly tell.... unless you put your head right in front of it and up close. They should going to start placing order by next monday. but the whole manufacture and shipment process will take up to 8 weeks at least.

anyway, i will have Renova auto to post follow up next week. They have this sample in their hand now. if anyone want to see how it looks in person, you may contact them to view.

Renova Auto is the exclusive M-sports aerokit importer. UDP fabricate is one of their client.

and people asked me how thick is this fiberglass grill? well, i put a cigarette to make the comparison. click the link below

Thanks alot for this whole aftermarket grill process. It definitely looks good and also doesn't look like the gap is very noticable.

the gap isnt all too noticable...

I dont see the clips where the middle bar hooks on to... or are the clips behind the grille hidden?

Thanks for your diligent work joseph!

I left the bar at home so it was not in the picture. There was no mesh on this grill and i still have no clue how the mesh looks like.

Looks good so far.

I like the grille wit the outline like you have on your car, and the "T" in the middle and V6 badgein'on the bottom left would be nice on the black mesh and the "T" in white and same for the V^ badgein'

As far as i understand they just planning to make 50 of them in the first batch. if it sell well and there still a high demand in the market, they will make another 50 grills later.

I wonder how much it would cost to clear bra it after we paint it to match. that would help the new paint last a lot longer than our original grilles.
