Had some time and tried painting one of the cheapo ones from ebay...
I think I will do it over though... if you can't tell, there's a big fat thumb print on the "T", part of the black pearl paint on the "i" rubbed off when I was adding the red, and I needed a finer brush for the red "i".
Still don't know where I'm putting this though...
Incidentally, if you don't need the genuine item (I'm guessing it's a knockoff, but who knows...), I picked up the emblem for $6 shipped off of ebay... it had crappy misaligned adhesive on it, so I just took it off...
