I didn't use any power tools, only a breaker bar, wratchet, crescent wrench, and some elbow grease to slide the hooks out. I didn't have any spray lube to help get the hooks through the rubber gromets, so I really had to struggle. Also used a hand hydraulic lift and jackstang to lift up and hold the back right.
The bolts and nuts for the TRD use different sized sockets than the two factory bolts and nuts. I used 13, 14, and 15mm to get the job done.
I think someone else who posted tried to take off bolts that are not necessary to remove. There should only be two.
