What kind of paint is that?

(I'm assuming that's what you did...)

I did paint them. I used just regular wheel paint on the first wheel i did. But i realized that it wasn't as glossy as i wanted it to be, so i sanded it down and used High Gloss Engine Enamel. Needless to say my car was out of comission for about 24 hours.

^^ dude right click the X and go to properties and then copy the link to your browser! They look painted, go to autozone and buy those chroms rings (as fake lips). Those rings serve two purposes:
1. When you rebalance, and if they remove/add any wheel weights, your rims won't show the paint coming off
2. Looks (cops use this on their steelies).

The ride is lookin' good. (I'm rather partial to red "04 SE Sports)

The paint is a nice touch to the stockies. Were you able to paint the center caps?

I was the freak with black wheels in '98 when I first saw a 911 with polished black pearl rims. I think they look cool, especially on red or blue. I didn't do it justice on my old beige integra, haha.

I saw a camry se with what looked like my alloy stock 17's, but they were darker. I think there's a new darker stock rim with the same 5 spoke pattern. Anyone have those? It would look sick on a silver solara. Not brake dust or paint.

I don't like the chrome look at all. I think it'll make my car look cheap. The whole thing about my car is no chrome. I've painted my emblems and soon that strip above the front emblem. If they add any weight or remove weights off my wheel, they do it on the inside, so you won't see any paint chips. Secondly, cops have hubcaps, not chrome lips.

I'll post daytime pics either tomorrow or Friday. I've just been busy with work and school.
