i was wondering if you guys knew where i could get something to put my front plate on so its not directly in contact with my car

If you mean so that the holder isnt rubbing the paint, I use rubber anti slip rug backing. You can get it at your local hardware store.

I dont have a front plate even though its illegal. How about using a L bracket?

here's the information you need:


75101-AA050 Bracket Sub-Assembly

Had to order it from the dealership, ran me about $12.
It comes with two longs screws that screw into the existing holes on the bumper (assuming the dealership already put the holes in).

i currently dont have a front license plate
but the cops in the area that i go to skool are jerks
they catch you for everything and will pull u over for everything
