cold air intake, racing headers, get rid of ur factory exhaust, factory silencers, get a good exhaust, get new engine pulleys ( engine, cooling, etc..)...air intake goodd for maybe 2-5 hp, new exhuast maybe 5-9 depending on how good and if made for car....pulleys should be good for a few...say...4-6...next getting rid of factory exhuast..including silencers, catalytic convertor and new headers, should be good for maybe another 7-12 or so...add it up..and u got...19-32 more hp....getting light weight rims and getting rid of weight will also help without more add-ons...

Sounds more like you are trying to mod a civic than a solara  There is no CAI unless its custom and the only headers are custom made from ericsol which cost $1600. If by the silencers you mean the resonator you could remove thart but i doubt it'll help that much. A solara's exhaust system isn't that restrictive when you have a stock car, if you have a S/C then yes an aftermarket exhaust will help. Underdrive Pulleys are not reccomended on our car because its just not worth it. The losses far outweight the gains.

Wait somethings wrong here. I though you said it was your friend with the solara.

"My buddy has a v6 solara supercharged with injen intake and greddy exaust and we dynoed his car and he hit 202 whp. I think the best thing to do is buy a boost guage but. does anyone have any answers to this???"

I sense a little lying, unless it was an honest mistake, in that case i'm sorry

Something is wrong if you're Solara is only putting 202 to the wheels. All of our guys have been getting around 227 and up for baseline dynos with just the s/c.

It gets even better, he claims he has the injen intake and greddy exhaust. O and a 6 PSI pulley

If a car dyno is anything at all like a bike dyno. Then its just a number. Dynos, at least bike dynos vary sooo much from one to another its rediculous. What you should do is dyno the car stock and compare it other stock cars. The do you mods and compare again.. Look for the increase over your stock baseline run. Maybe that dyno is stingy and just reads low, who knows...

My bike on a dnyojet DJ150 made 153.2hp stock at the rear wheel. 166.7 with my header and air filter. On a DJ250 it made 173.8 with the pipe and filters. No changes in between. Buddies Busa was 152 on the low dyno and 162 on the other dyno.. Lots of variance...
