^^ Yah... That seem about right. Some magazine's dyno'd the TRD charger output @ 34WHP. I don't remember what issue but i believe it was a Import Tuner Mag or Turbo. This MOD alone will not beet a 350Z. You'll need alot of work/$$$$ in order for this to happen. The benefit is the nice loud whine generated by the blower at about 2600rpm's (more so audible with CAI and more boost/ smaller pulley). Just my 2 cents.

 It was more so when I had the blower rebuilt by Magnuson earlier this year. Sounds like you bought a blower. :D

ok, just to add to this, what can I do to unlock the potential of the s/c @ 4psi. I was reading in TN that if a SAFC is installed it can increase WHP, is this correct? All I have added on is a CAI...thats about it and a TN sticker, hehe.

So what direction should I head into for maxium benefits of the 4psi, please do keep in mind that my funds are limited, being a poor undergrad and all and recently dropping 1900 for an engagment ring. thanks.

p.s. I might in the future up it to 5.5, but I know that there are threads galore about what is needed for this.

I'd do the fuel system upgrade from Jim@ foreignaffairs. This kit will prepare you for additional modz in the future. It'll keep your motor from running to lean if you intend to up the boost. Just add the AFCII (dyno tuned) later but before the boost upgrade.

The Apexi Air Fuel Controler version 2 is used to correect your fuel ratio so that the car run too lean or rich. The correction will give you extra HP/TORQ depending on your car or what modification are done. This fuel controling computer is must if you intend to run more boost or fuel system upgrades (injectors, Walbro 190 Fuel Pump) in the future.

Here is a Pic of the Apexi AFC2 below:

^^^ Along with what speedSTARS has been saying, you can also open up how effectively your car pushes out exhaust by adding a cat-back exhaust ($350-500, depending on which one you get) and/or headers, however those will cost more.

The S/C really shines on the 5spd manuals, the y-pipe is the big exhaust bottle neck, pulley is a neccessity also. Mine was pretty quick, but that's all in the past now.

I'd probably leave an SLE alone, unless you have the $ for more parts.

i'd agree with fletch here..after all the modding thru the years, in hindsight i wish i never touched the engine and just did osme exterior work/car audio stuff and called it a day. with a 5 speed it could be a diff story, but for an SLE i would leave it to what it is..a really nice, comfortable, clean looking all around good coupe with room for people and lots of trunkspace.

all the money i threw in the engine of my solara for the 50(ish) whp i got coulda got me 150+whp on my vette...but thats apples to oranges.

so it all comes down to what you are lookin for in the car, do whatever makes you happy.
