This is really a question for phreakd I think:

Will the Pontiac G6 GTP Dual exhaust work with the Solara 3.3?

Not having looked at the GTP exhaust, I would still say no way.

I did a study on the 05 Avalon Dual exhaust and concluded that it's not worth the effort. The spare tire well is in the way of where the exhaust would have to exit. Also, on the SE sport, the body kit has a rib right where the cutout needs to be.

Cripes! Can we ever get a break?

See this thread.

That's what I did for my gen1, just remember there's not a lot of room. Just go down to a muffler shop and ask.

whoever trashed it probably knew the cost of producing this option wouldnt be worth the time or money. The outlet for the 2nd pipe would be as drastic as the avalon's.

Stick with the TRD exhaust!

ew. gen 2's are ugly with duals

looks like trd also stopped by pep boys to get those $20 mufflers

i might would look at it a little differently if the car had 300+hp but it doesnt

Any way of converting our taillights to make them all red like that?

By that logic, half the cars out there with duals shouldn't have them...

Again, a matter of taste... and apparently, to those that matter (i.e., those that OWN a Gen 2), dualies (with a kit that has dual cutouts) are a dream...

the new Hyundia Santa Fe has dual pipes, as does the Kia Sorento! Wowzer, i might would look at that too?

Whatever, the TRD oval tip looks like a Mercedes CLK500 tip so that's cool.
