Removing Grille Emblem

Postby Impholla » Tue Oct 11, 2005 12:56 pm

I did a search but found most everything about removing the rear emblem..

Is there anything special I need to know when removing that front emblem? I think I will remove it and paint it black or just completely remove it..

thanks!

nothing special to know about removing the front emblem, it snaps right off i believe if you remove it from the back of the grille.

Bump to place with the other emblem removal posts.

The emblem can be removed easily without removing the grille. Here are some pictures. Carefully push down on one of the three plastic tabs on the emblem. They are plastic and will break. (This is what it will look like without the emblem. (Notice the tab holes.)
