SIRIUS module????

Has anyone found a good price for the Toyota SIRIUS module? Best I've seen so far is about $280....still pretty high. JBL system appears to be made by Panasonic, so I was hoping there is a module for Panasonics that would work and be less expensive. Anyone know anything about this?

A couple of days ago I priced the XM module for the 06 Solara @ the dealership...$199 (module and install kit).
