hmm...after college, you'll be partying, having fun, buying new outfits for fun, interviews, job(s), etc. then after six months, the most dreaded payments on loans (if you took out any). then you move out, more bills, expenses.

my advice: wait until you get your tax return!!! thats how i got my michelin pilot a/s. :bday:

Yeah, Im thinking what your all thinking. That is AR1's. Im gonna do that too, I am little impatient i guess. Cause when i have an idea I pretty much act on it asap. Like me getting my rsb and like this weekend Im going to paint my calipers. I just love working and buying stuff for my car. Anyway fortunatly I dont have any college loans out and im in my 4 year right now. When I graduate I plan on keeping my solara for at least a couple of years. I want to run it up to at least 150k. So I wont be running out and buying a new car or buying clothes for the hell of it. Ill probably be spending my money on my gf who is waiting for a ring. So yeah I would have to agree with x0swtextacy0x on the never ending of paying bills. (Oh yeah im due for a timing belt and water pump change too)

But hey thanks for that Idea about tax returns. I would have probably thought of that after i got the cash some how lol. Last tax return would have been about 100bucks short of the price of the wheels! Thanks my hopes are way up now! Now I just need to be patient I guess.

Thanks guys! And if you guys want to donate to the help solorange get some wheels fund... Im accepting checks by the mail hehe!

if you are going to put so much time and energy to save up for these wheels, then get the wheel you like the most and you won't be disappointed a month down the road...

i'll tell you from experience, 17s don't cut it in the looks department...

so i say save up for the ones you REALLY want...

Dude youre trippin buying new wheels, look on ebay or craigslist or something. If you must buy new get the black ones, but given youre spot buy em second hand.

I agree second hand doesnt cut it for me. Cause I hate scratches in wheels and if there is any imperfection in the wheel, I wont be happy. I am going to just wait and be patient and get those black AR1's. LoL with my luck they will be discontinued once im ready to order.

Rollaevo99 - they are 18's. Look on page one it has a picture

Thealkimo - one of the factors about the 17's im not sure on is if they fill out the wheel wells good enough. They would be wearing 45 series tires
