twilight blue solara. nothing special, but its mine!

Can you repost your link. For some reason its not working and I wanna see pictures! I bet its my computer since everyone else can see it. Is this blue color more rare than my color?

Yes its weird they changed the blue at 2001. So there is only 1 year in Gen 1 that will have this color. I havent seen anyone on this board that has it yet besides Yanks0114

IMO, our Twilight Blue Pearl is 2nd rare to yours... Ive never seen that stock color in real life yet... and there was only Happy_Aggies that had the same color as you on this forum

yup... 1999 and 2000 are the only Twilight Blue Pearls

im going to try and do more exterior mods first. what i'd really like to do is cover the dash, pillars, etc. with leather. something you might see in an aston martin or ferrari. also get rid of the black leather and try a shade of bergundy (sp?). thats just what i'd like to do, not even sure if its possible.

Hey thanks now i can see pictures. I really do like your color. I dont think ive ever seen a solara in that color. How did you get the chrome paint off your grill? And did you have to paint it black or did you just leave it the way it was after the paint came off? I was planning on doing the same thing by taking it all off except on the emblem.

I honestly have no clue about what years my paint color came in. Honestly my car is the only solara ive seen in my color in person. And I have been taking care of my paint! The only thing is that both front and back bumpers need to be repainted in my mind cause the previous owner never washed the car and the front bumper has a lot of bug damage and the rear bumper, the clear coat is starting to peel off. Its hard to notice that though cuase its coming off the bumper where the trunk lid covers it. Im sure it will travel though. And when it does Ill get it repainted.
